This Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the The Happy Life System website https://thehappylifesystem.com/ and The Happy Life System Academy Course referred to as Course or The Happy Life System Academy. By using the Website or The Happy Life System Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

The Happy Life System Academy are only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use The Happy Life System Academy with the consent of your parent or guardian.

Payment

You must pay a fee to access The Happy Life System Academy. The fees are listed on the Website. You will be charged the fee when you place your order.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all The Happy Life System Academy. If you are not satisfied with a Course for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at support@thehappylifesystem.com. 

Intellectual Property

The Happy Life System Academy and all materials related to The Happy Life System Academy (including, but not limited to, text, images, audio, and video) are owned by The Happy Life System or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify The Happy Life System Academy or any materials related to The Happy Life System Academy without the express written permission of The Happy Life System.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Website and The Happy Life System Academy in a lawful and appropriate manner. You agree to not:

  • Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Post or transmit any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others;
  • Use the Website or The Happy Life System Academy for any commercial purpose;
  • Circumvent any security measures on the Website or The Happy Life System Academy; or
  • Interfere with the use of the Website or The Happy Life System Academy by others.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Idaho. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Idaho.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Happy Life System with respect to the use of the Website and The Happy Life System Academy. These Terms supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms to any third party. The Happy Life System may assign or transfer these Terms at any time.

Who is Lauren Magers?

Lauren is a firecracker of a human. Her electric energy and passion have driven her to live life boldly and courageously. She’s one of those “there’s always a way,” people. Whether it’s playing collegiate soccer, building a business or raising four kids, her desire for greatness has led her to putting her heart and soul into everything that she does. Truly, no matter what she faces, she finds a solution with a smile on her face, even through the occasional tears.

When she became a mother to four children, she asked herself, “How can I raise a strong, empowered, and resilient being that can go out into today’s world and be a happy adult?”

This created a ripple effect of questions in her mind: What are the tools, what are the skills, and what’s the foundation I need to raise happy children and be a happy parent at the same time?

She focused all her attention on this quest and spent over 15 years and 15,000 hours researching, discovering tools, and inventing practices. Through extensive testing and a lot of trial and error and mistakes, she unlocked the truth that mastering your life and being a happy person starts from the inside. 

She began to imagine the beautiful possibilities a child could create if they had a system internally empowering them from the beginning of their life. This was the ah-ha moment and the springboard that led her to create an entire system for a human to take ownership and control of the success in their life.

After she experienced the extraordinary outcomes of this system in her own life, she realized the greatest gift she could give would be to share this system with humanity.
